Shipments
Orders received Monday to Friday by 12.00 PM are handed over to the courier on the same day. Shipping then takes 24/48 hours.
You will receive the tracking code for your parcel once it has been dispatched, via a second confirmation email.
Shipping within Italy costs 5.90 euros.
Shipping is free for orders over 50 euros.
Returns and exchanges
If you receive defective goods or in case of shipping errors, please report the incident within 14 days to customer service by sending an email to info@seollebeauty.com to arrange the return method.
Returns are accepted only for products that have not been used.
If the product is damaged during transit, please contact customer service at info@seollebeauty.com attaching a photo of the damaged product and we will refund or replace it as soon as possible!
Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been processed. Orders placed by 12:00 PM from Monday to Friday are shipped on the same day, so please contact us as soon as possible to cancel your order.
